🟨 About Bobby Allen
I served in the US Air Force from November 1987 to March 1992. I was deployed during Operation Desert Storm / Provide Comfort as a Computer Systems Programming Specialist at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey, with missions to Zakho and Atrush.
I filed my Form 2 in February 2026 and am running for President as an independent candidate on a shoe-string budget.
I was born in San Angelo, Texas, on July 20, 1967. Until recently, my political involvement was primarily as a voter, but life experience has changed my path.
🟥 The Pursuit of Justice
From October 15, 2020, through November 17, 2025, I was held by the State of Oklahoma. During this time, I came to believe that constitutional protections are not always applied equally.
I am currently seeking legal representation to pursue a constitutional challenge at the Supreme Court level. This experience shaped my belief that the law must apply equally to all people—and that accountability must be real, not theoretical.

The 14th Amendment — Equal Protection
The Fourteenth Amendment states that no state shall deny any person the equal protection of the laws.
This means:
- the rules must apply the same to everyone
- regardless of wealth, status, or position
When different rules exist for different groups, trust in the system breaks down.
Taking America forward means restoring equal application of the law.
🟨 Big Ideas for Funding America
We need to move away from property taxes and sales taxes that disproportionately impact working people.
My approach includes:
- Minimal Flat Tax
Separating core government functions from optional, fee-based services - School Greenhouses
Turning schools into production centers that help feed students and generate revenue - Respectable [NOT] Gambling
Using voluntary participation in sports and gaming to fund education and infrastructure
