Bobby Allen — Taking America Forward to the Constitution
I served in the US Air Force from November 1987 to March 1992. I was deployed during “Operation Desert Storm"/"Provide Comfort". Computer Systems Programming Specialist.
I filed my Form 2 in February and I am in the process of getting my campaign set up. For America, an independent candidate on a shoe string budget. 58, born in San Angelo TX July 20th 1067. I have not been actively involved in politics other than voting.
Other things that are important, I was held captive by the State of Oklahoma from October 15th 2020 through November 17th 2025. I am looking for an attorney to clear this up. Once I find an attorney big enough to take on something simple as 'Bobby was trapped" to as complicated as a Constitutional challenge at the Supreme Court of just about every law there is passed by Congress. It was during this time that I decided that I must do something to help more than just me.
Slogan: It should not only be me that ..., but it must at least be me. Fill in the ... with things like: "Votes", "Loves America", "Loves God", "Speaks out against tyranny", etc...
This comes from our pledge. One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
My Slogan: "All includes me", inspired by a story ages ago about a student that did not want to say the pledge in school because they knew that 'all' did not include them.
Our Constitution promises something simple and powerful: fairness under the law.
The Fourteenth Amendment states that no state shall deny any person the equal protection of the laws. That means the rules should apply the same to everyone—whether you are rich or poor, powerful or powerless, part of the majority or standing alone.
Yet today many Americans feel that the system has drifted away from that promise. Different rules are written for different groups, different agencies, or different levels of power. When laws are applied unevenly, trust in government begins to disappear.
Equal protection was meant to prevent exactly that problem. The Constitution was written so that government authority would be limited and the rights of individuals would be protected equally.
My campaign is built on a simple principle: when the government follows the Constitution faithfully, citizens are treated fairly. When the government creates special rules for some and different rules for others, everyone is harmed.
Taking America forward means returning to the constitutional principle that the law must apply equally to all people.
Funding models for America: minimal taxes, separate the basic functions of Government covered by a flat tax from fees for services. No sales tax, No Property tax. There is no such thing as a free public education, just look at your property tax bill. I have big ideas on how to fund schools. Green houses in the schools to feed the students and possibly be a source of revenue. Promote activities that people want to buy tickets to. Who knows when the word radical applies to anyone, have students perform sports, games, etc... for people with money called gamblers. (Big model on respectable gambling).
